Benefits we provide for you

Flexible working

Flexible working is at the heart of the way we work. This means we can arrange your working hours and days to suit you. As much as possible we give you the flexibility and responsibility to manage your own schedule.

Remote working

You can choose to work remotely some or all of the time, we don't specify where you need to be. If you are working from home we will make sure your work station is comfortable by providing equipment you might need.

Generous annual leave

We offer 30 days annual leave (Including public holidays) as well as an extra 4 days additional paid leave for Christmas closing. We actively encourage you to take leave across the year as we know that everyone needs a break to relax and unwind.

Other types of leave

We are a truly family friendly business and understand you will have commitments outside of work including children, parents, pets. We offer paid time off for dependents where possible and paternity pay.

Social events

We recognise it's important to spend time together to build relationships so we get together regularly with quarterly social events, lunches and meet-ups. These are very informal and not mandatory.

Personal development budget

We provide everyone with up to £500 annual budget to use at your discretion for training, books or conferences, You can also use this budget for accommodation and transport.

Pension contributions

Our company pension contributions are currently 3% of your earnings.

Profit share

We have an employee bonus plan which is paid to employees if we meet our annual turnover and profit margin targets (we've never missed a target yet!).

Cycle to work scheme

If you'd like to cycle to work but don't have a bike you can participate in the Cycle to Work scheme. Here's an explanation of how this works.
